Nicks Birthday Dinner: Homemade Crunchwrap Supremes!

This recipe is one of my Mr Nicks favorites. They're so easy to make & absolutely delicious. The amount of ingredients one puts on their crunchwrap depends on what/how much you like.

Ingredients

Large burrito tortillas
Corn tostadas
Premade taco meat
Queso - I like the On The Border Salsa Con Queso best for this recipe
Sour cream
Lettuce
Tomato
Shredded cheese

Other ingredients you could add:
Olives
Beans
Taco sauce
Green chiles

Method

Put a dollop of queso in the middle of the burrito and smear queso to make a small circle the size of the tostadas. Add taco meat (this is where you would also add beans) then add the tostada. Top that with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese then fold the sides of the burrito in. Don't panic, the burrito is not large enough to completely close it off. Just rip some of an extra tortilla and place in the middle of the crunchwrap. Fixed. Then, you have to have some serious skill to flip the crunchwrap fold side down onto a heated skillet! So go slow. Heat until golden and flip, allow the other side to brown as well. All done! Try to just enjoy one. It's so hard not to go back for another!
