Teriyaki Salmon


Ingredients
Fresh wild caught salmon (one piece per person eating)
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle salmon with garlic powder. Place on a piece of foil and fold up sides preparing to make a foil packet, add teriyaki, peanut oil, and soy sauce. Seal salmon packet. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
I love this dish with brown rice, cucumber slices, and avocado. I like to add a little extra soy too! Enjoy!
