I want to show people that making healthy meals is not hard. It truly doesn't even require much effort & honestly, as long as you're cooking with low to medium heat.. It's pretty impossible to mess up. I have found that prepping everything before turning on any heat also makes your recipe bullet proof to mess ups.
Using the blog more often also allows me to document recipes I love. It provides me with motivation to learn about foods, flavors & textures.
