I'm all for super easy recipes & this one is about as easy as you can get! I really enjoy this reciepe as a weekend meal because it tricks me into thinking I'm being indulgent but I know exactly what ingredients are in my pizza. It's also perfect because it's super easy to modify if you would like to add or op out of using any ingredients listed.
1 package of Stonefire whole wheat flatbreads
Buitoni Pesto made with Basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large tomato
Fresh mozzarella cheese
Sliced baby Bella mushrooms
5 pieces of prosciutto
Grated Parmesan cheese
Sea salt
Garlic powder
Method
Preheat oven to 425 & toss baby Bella mushrooms in one tablespoon olive oil then arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and garlic powder. Roast for 10 minutes and allow to cool. Set oven for 350.
While your oven is preheating, place flatbread on a large piece of foil and spread pesto on your flatbread and top with mozzarella, then sliced tomato, mushroom, prosciutto & grated Parmesan in that order. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes on 350 then turn the boiler on and cook under boiler for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Carefully remove your delcious pizza, cut into slices and chow down!
