Ingredients
2 teaspoons sea salt
Brussel Sprouts
3 peices smoked bacon
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch Brussel Sprouts for about 4 minutes then drain & rinse with cool water. Cut them in half.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a heated skillet and cook bacon for about one minute. Add the sprouts and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and cook until the bacon is crispy. I like to drain the sprouts, crunch the bacon up and add sea salt!
