Ingredients
1 cup red quinoa, cooked as directed
1 cup white quinoa, cooked as directed
1 smaller English cucumber, sliced into fourths
1 large tomato, diced
Feta cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon juice from a lemon
Sea salt
Method
While still warm mix both quinoas together & toss with olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with sea salt. After quinoa has cooled down add cucumber, tomato and feta then mix & eat up!
