A head of iceberg lettuce
One pound organic ground chicken
1/4 cup soy
1/4 cup teriyaki
A clove garlic - finely chopped
4 green onions - chopped
Water chestnuts - chopped
Method
Place ground chicken in a large frying pan and begin to brown, add soy, teriyaki, garlic, green onion and water chestnuts. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and all the liquid is absorbed.
Serve with crispy rice noodles & a little siracha on top!
